Elias Kapavore representing the electorate of Pomio says on his social media wall, “Abalsa Factory did not adhere to the national public holiday.”
“This is disrespect of the highest order in the very province our late father of the nation was born.”
Kapavore who is concluding a first full Parliament term after first being elected through a by election in 2015 demands that the office of the provincial administrator in East New Britain compiles a report for the provincial executive council and the assembly to deliberate and make a decision.
